Fall Specials:
1) Buy One, Get One Free Week-Days: Buy one week-day (Sunday - Thursday) and get the second week-day free.
2) 20% Off 7 days
or more: Get 35% off of our regular rates for any stay of seven days or more.
To receive this discount, you must ask for it at the time you make your reservation. These offers cannot be combined with other discounts
(or each other) and are good from October 1st - December 22nd. Special Events & Holidays, such as Gay Pride, are
excluded.
Once you have checked in, there is no refund for early departure. All stays of less than 28 days are subject to a room tax of 11.5% Rates
are based on double occupancy. There is an additional fee of $10/person for 3 or more people. Check-in is at 1:00
pm and Check-out is 11:00 am. We will usually be able to accommodate earlier check-ins and later check-outs, depending upon
our schedule.

7 Days or More 15% Off
There is no penalty for canceling your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival. If you cancel or change your reservation within
7 days of your arrival, there is a one night fee.
